Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Post R5 Build 5 fixes - Upgraded et-aircraft to version
 1.0.1 to fix a CPU performance issue with the my location pulse marker. 
 Also, resolved a port conflict with Dire Wolf's AGWPE HTTP port. The map tile
 server now runs on port 1982 instead of on port 8000.
