Subject: [PATCH] FTX-1 - Removed earlier logic for selectively changing the
 PTT settings. The FTX-1 uses Hamlib just like every device, so no need for
 this initial prototype logic. Note: CAT control is not support. No manual
 from Yaesu yet.
