Revert "Removed the tty group from the exta groups in /etc/adduser.conf as it seems to break the Try it Now mode. This group is not technically needed. Users of the Panasonic CF-20 need to access the Try it Now option during the installation to change the display scale in order to use the installer"

Created et-data group for shared data access; made et-data the default group for all user accounts; removed ET_USER as a service user is no longer required; set the default umask to 002; refactored Panasonic brightness fix to remove duplicative installation tasks; added first round of radio configuration
