hamlib - Rolling back to hamlib 4.5 as version 4.6.5 seems to have introduced a bug in which the first client connection takes several seconds to initialize. This causes problems for some rig control clients such as JS8Call.

xiegu-x6100 Upgraded hamlib to the latest version (4.6.5) and upgraded the X6100 factory firmware to latest version (1.1.9 APP / 1.1.8 BASE) to resolve JS8Call timeout issue. It did not resolve the problem, but I am keeping the upgraded Hamlib version

Post R5 Build 5 fixes - Upgraded et-aircraft to version 1.0.1 to fix a CPU performance issue with the my location pulse marker. Also, resolved a port conflict with Dire Wolf's AGWPE HTTP port. The map tile server now runs on port 1982 instead of on port 8000.

Bug fix for Pup installer
...
The Pup installer fails to check for presence of dest dir, which creates
a file containing the Pup zip file instead of a directory for the zip file.
This error breaks downstream install scripts using this same dest dir approach.

QtTermTCP - Upgraded to QtTermTCP 0.0.0.58. The binary is newer than the source code build. This version is needed to support VARA BPQ connections. VARA Terminal under ETC is not performing well.
