hamlib - Rolling back to hamlib 4.5 as version 4.6.5 seems to have introduced a bug in which the first client connection takes several seconds to initialize. This causes problems for some rig control clients such as JS8Call.

xiegu-x6100 - Found a workaround to handle the slow CAT control initialize. We need to prime the connection to rigctld by requesting a command such as asking for the frequency. This workaround will be refactored generically.

xiegu-x6100 Upgraded hamlib to the latest version (4.6.5) and upgraded the X6100 factory firmware to latest version (1.1.9 APP / 1.1.8 BASE) to resolve JS8Call timeout issue. It did not resolve the problem, but I am keeping the upgraded Hamlib version
