When the jq (json query) command executes, it returns 0 if there is a .bluetooth.mac node in the json (which there is, and should be). This means we can't use $? to see if there is a value in the node or not. We need to check the value directly.
Verified that this fixes my pairing issues with the BTech UV-Pro. I'm guessing similar issues exist for the other brands of the same radio, but I don't have those to check against.

xiegu-x6100 - Found a workaround to handle the slow CAT control initialize. We need to prime the connection to rigctld by requesting a command such as asking for the frequency. This workaround will be refactored generically.

xiegu-x6100 Upgraded hamlib to the latest version (4.6.5) and upgraded the X6100 factory firmware to latest version (1.1.9 APP / 1.1.8 BASE) to resolve JS8Call timeout issue. It did not resolve the problem, but I am keeping the upgraded Hamlib version

Post R5 Build 5 fixes - Upgraded et-aircraft to version 1.0.1 to fix a CPU performance issue with the my location pulse marker. Also, resolved a port conflict with Dire Wolf's AGWPE HTTP port. The map tile server now runs on port 1982 instead of on port 8000.

FTX-1 - Removed earlier logic for selectively changing the PTT settings. The FTX-1 uses Hamlib just like every device, so no need for this initial prototype logic. Note: CAT control is not support. No manual from Yaesu yet.
