xiegu-x6100 - Found a workaround to handle the slow CAT control initialize. We need to prime the connection to rigctld by requesting a command such as asking for the frequency. This workaround will be refactored generically.

xiegu-x6100 Upgraded hamlib to the latest version (4.6.5) and upgraded the X6100 factory firmware to latest version (1.1.9 APP / 1.1.8 BASE) to resolve JS8Call timeout issue. It did not resolve the problem, but I am keeping the upgraded Hamlib version

Post R5 Build 5 fixes - Upgraded et-aircraft to version 1.0.1 to fix a CPU performance issue with the my location pulse marker. Also, resolved a port conflict with Dire Wolf's AGWPE HTTP port. The map tile server now runs on port 1982 instead of on port 8000.
