Jordan Sherer	b8267372e4	Added varicode encoding of messages ... What this does is allow us to pack more than 13 characters in a single transmission frame. Optimized using a Huffman encoding using weights of alphabetical frequency, this will often allow us to send less than 5 bits per character.	2018-07-19 03:44:08 -04:00
